And About The Watch

A rather contrite Ex let me know a few weeks ago that the watch actually WAS at his house. He found it in a spare room. I told him he needs to apologise to sprog and also to actually take sprog's words into consideration. Sprog is not always making things up - his memory can be exceptional, though is often mixed with fantasy things that often anything he says gets written off - frustrating and incredibly unfair. However I have discovered autistic people are quite incapable of seeing what's right in front of their faces, and yet they pick up Sherlock Holmes levels of other details. It never occurred to ex to check other rooms...that's just the way it is.
So, issue sorted and lesson learned.
